Bail was set at $100,000 and he was released in St. George this past week after having been arrested and jailed;
Kingston, BYU’s returning leading WR, left school and was kicked off the team; his family has hired a top defense atty in Utah as he awaits trial;
Though it doesn’t appear there’s a direct tie, the Kingston family is well known in Utah media. Will Parker’s atty demand he not be “tried in the media,” following Jake Retzlaff’s legal counsel’s lead?
